Items that are unworn and unused, with original packaging materials are returnable within 30 days of delivery date. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We ONLY provide Store Credit for returned items. Take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store credit does not expire and it is the quickest, easiest way for you to receive credit on your return. We hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!
For all returned items, shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable & we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be notified if there are any issues with the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Not all items are eligible for returns.
To start a return, please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number along with a reason for your return. If your return is eligible and accepted, we’ll send an email with your return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval to return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be emailed store credit equivalent of your purchase within 1-2 business days in the form of an electronic gift card via email

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and anything worn or used (no exceptions due to sanitary reasons).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time due to sizing. We suggest you refer to the sizing chart first before placing your order. The only exchange we offer is if the wrong size was shipped by mistake for the same item.
